The following forms are the two applications that Nac Foster Rescue has to either adopt a dog or to apply to become a foster parents for NFR dogs.

Adoption Application
This document is the adoption application for any Nac Foster Rescue dogs. Please fill out all sections and email the application to nacfosterrescue@gmail.com. Applications must be completed by the person(s) who is applying for adoption. If you have any questions please contact us.

Foster Application
This document is the foster application for becoming a NFR foster parent. Please fill out all sections and email the application to nacfosterrescue@gmail.com. Applications must be completed by the person(s) who is applying to become a NFR foster parent. If you have any questions please contact us.
What happens after I submit my application? What is the process?
After you have submitted your application you will be contacted by an NFR Board member. The NFR Board Member will contact you to let you know the dog has been adopted by another family or to set up a home visit/meet and greet. (Go to our FAQ page for information about a home visit.)
After a home visit has been conducted, the dog will stay for an overnight visit.
After a successful overnight, the paperwork will be finished to finalize the adoption.
